The quality control department may take up to 5 working days (from the date we receive the product) to thoroughly check the received product. You will be notified as soon as our product inspection gets completed.

As a refund, you can either claim a store credit/Refund Voucher of the amount you had paid for your returned item or you could ask for a complete cash refund. In case of a store credit/voucher, you can use the store credit/voucher for a new purchase on the website subtracting that amount from the new total. In case of a cash refund, the refund based on the amount will be refunded via an online bank transfer into your bank account.

In case of credit card payments, a refund can be claimed either as a refund voucher or store credit. The breakdown of the number of days in case of a refund is:

• Refund voucher (takes up to 5 days)
• Bank account transfer (takes up to 15 days)
• Store credit (takes up to 5 days)

Note that we (Shop N Go) do not offer a warranty. However, the product supplier could offer and entertain warrant claims.

Products that are covered under warranty have the warranty claim mentioned in their description.

All warranty claims are entertained at the vendor’s end and Shop N Go has no attachment to these claims nor with the warranty policies.
